Shipping Info
Shipping Policy:
Once we have received and completely processed your payment, your package will be shipped within 3 business days. To guarantee the secure and undamaged delivery of your package, we take extra precautions; nonetheless, we cannot ensure that it will be delivered in pristine condition due to the handling of the Postal Service. As soon as the package is delivered by the shipping carrier, the potential risk of harm or loss is the responsibility of the recipient.
Standard shipping:
Expect the package within 3-7 business days
Please contact: Support@debonairpetcare.com if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number.
Debonair Pet Care & Products ensures the delivery of the product to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address, neither subsidiaries nor delivery services will be required to issue a refund or resend the package. We do not accept responsibility for any stolen packages once they have been declared “Delivered” by the Postal Service.
Lost/Stolen Package:
Debonair Pet Care & Products cannot be held accountable. Should you not have received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Order Processing:
Once an order is placed, it will be assessed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions. For the time being, we are not able to ship orders to destinations outside the United States.
Shipping & Handling:
Business Days:
Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.

We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Expedited Shipping:
Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) CST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time do not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) CST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are based on order totals and Debonair Pet Care & Products offer free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding tax.
Tracking:

Tracking Numbers are updated within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Debonair Pet Care & Products reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

Please note that any taxes and fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Debonair Pet Care & Products is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances. Debonair Pet Care & Products is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email support@debonairpetcare.com within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.
Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
