15 Day Return & Exchange - Let's Stroll

We will help you initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the items as long as the items are in new condition, contain its original tags and packaging, and free of odor and dog hair. 

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via email support@debonairpetcare.com with your order # and our customer service team will assist you. We will respond to your request within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

*free exchange only applies to apparel and stroll items (same style different size). Excludes jewelry and Cuban link collars products.

*Unfortunately there are no returns on one size fits most unless due to manufacture defect

We will process your order within 3 business days and provide tracking updates for the package through email.

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
